 In addition to the nightly rate, breakage or damage is covered by the $100.00 refundable security deposit.  Maid service is daily which includes sheets, bathroom soap and  fresh towels and toilet tissue.

You can reserve in advance with a $200.00 deposit.  Pay in full 8 weeks before arrival.  Hurricane refunds are available only when the National Weather Service declares a mandatory evacuation and for only the dates they declare.  Credit can be given for  change of stay with at least 4 weeks advance notice.
